myAvatar to NextGen Conversion
The City of Columbus Public Health department has partnered with Fivebase to assist in their migration from the myAvatar EHR system to the Nextgen EHR system. In particular, Fivebase has been asked to create a one-time extract of pertinent patient information from myAvatar that falls outside of each vendors’ standard conversion. The resulting documentation snap shots are then loaded into Nextgen system for future reference.
